  1. 適用範圍：本條款適用於「notarPro 公認證文書作業系統」（本系統）的「Google 日曆同步」功能。本系統其他功能依事務所與哈吉設計之授權使用約定辦理。
  2. 啟用與授權：本功能由事務所自行決定是否啟用。啟用時，由事務所指定的人員以事務所的 Google 帳號登入並同意授權；事務所應確認該帳號有權使用所選日曆。
  3. 同步內容：本功能會在本系統行事曆與事務所選定的一本 Google 日曆之間雙向同步行程（新增、修改、刪除）。行程內容由事務所輸入，事務所應自行判斷哪些內容適合放上 Google 日曆。
  4. Google 服務：Google 日曆由 Google 提供，使用時同時適用 Google 的服務條款與隱私權政策。Google 服務中斷、變更或限制造成的同步延遲或失敗，非本系統所能控制。
  5. 資料處理：Google 使用者資料的處理方式，依〈notarPro 系統：Google 使用者資料隱私權聲明〉辦理。
  6. 停止使用：事務所可隨時在本系統取消綁定，或到 Google 帳戶移除 notarPro 的存取權。取消綁定不會刪除已同步的行程。
  7. 責任：本系統會盡力確保同步正確，並在刪除筆數異常時暫停同步等候確認；但重要行程仍建議事務所自行核對。

notarPro: Google Calendar Sync Terms of Use

  1. Scope. These terms apply to the Google Calendar sync feature of notarPro (the "App"). Other features are governed by the office's license agreement with 哈吉設計 (No8 Design).
  2. Enabling and authorization. Each office decides whether to enable the feature. A person designated by the office signs in with the office's Google account and grants access, and the office confirms that account may use the selected calendar.
  3. What is synced. Events are synced both ways (create, update, delete) between the App's calendar and one Google Calendar chosen by the office. Event content is entered by the office, which decides what is appropriate to place on Google Calendar.
  4. Google services. Google Calendar is provided by Google and is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Sync delays or failures caused by Google outages, changes or limits are outside the App's control.
  5. Data handling. Google user data is handled as described in the notarPro Google User Data Privacy Notice.
  6. Stopping. The office may unbind in the App or remove notarPro's access in its Google Account at any time. Unbinding does not delete events already synced.
  7. Responsibility. The App works to keep sync accurate and pauses for confirmation when an unusual number of deletions is detected; offices should still verify important events.
