本聲明說明「notarPro 公認證文書作業系統」（以下稱本系統，由哈吉設計開發維護）在事務所啟用「Google 日曆同步」功能時，如何存取、使用、儲存與保護 Google 使用者資料。本系統其他資料的處理方式，請見〈隱私權政策〉；使用條件請見〈Google 日曆同步使用條款〉。
事務所在本系統中登入 Google 帳號並授權後，本系統只會要求以下兩項權限：
calendar.calendarlist.readonly）：只在綁定時列出日曆，讓事務所選擇要同步的那一本日曆。calendar.events）：在事務所選定的那一本日曆上，讀取、新增、修改、刪除行程。本系統讀取的活動內容限於：標題、說明、地點、開始與結束時間、是否全天、重複規則、可見性。活動中的參與者、會議連結、附件與自訂提醒不會被儲存。本系統也會記下授權的 Google 帳號電子郵件，用來確認綁定的是同一個帳號。
只用於一件事：讓本系統的行事曆與事務所選定的 Google 日曆保持一致，包括把本系統的行程送到 Google 日曆，以及把 Google 日曆上的變更帶回本系統。
我們不會將 Google 使用者資料用於廣告、販售、信用評估，也不會用來訓練人工智慧或機器學習模型。
我們不會將 Google 使用者資料分享、出售或轉讓給任何第三方。只有在事務所主動要求技術協助時，維護人員才可能在事務所同意下檢視相關資料，且僅限處理該次問題所需；法律另有規定者除外。
notarPro 對於從 Google API 取得之資訊的使用與傳輸，將遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括其中的「有限使用（Limited Use）」規定。

This notice explains how notarPro (the "App"), developed and maintained by 哈吉設計 (No8 Design), accesses, uses, stores and protects Google user data when an office turns on Google Calendar sync. For other data, see our Privacy Policy. See also the Google Calendar Sync Terms of Use.
After the office signs in with Google and grants access, the App requests only:
calendar.calendarlist.readonly – to list the user's calendars once, during setup, so the office can pick the one calendar to sync.calendar.events – to read, create, update and delete events on that selected calendar.From events, the App reads only title, description, location, start/end time, all-day flag, recurrence rule and visibility. Attendees, conference links, attachments and custom reminders are not stored. The App also stores the email address of the authorized Google account to confirm the same account is used.
Solely to keep the App's calendar and the office's selected Google Calendar in sync, in both directions. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sale, credit decisions, or to train AI/ML models.
Synced events and sync logs are stored in the office's own notarPro database, installed on the office's own computer or server. The OAuth token is encrypted with Windows user-account encryption and stored only on the office's designated sync computer. The App talks to Google directly; Google user data is never sent to our servers or any third party.
We do not share, sell or transfer Google user data to any third party. Our support staff may view it only when the office asks for help and agrees, and only as needed for that request, unless required by law.
notarPro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Click "Unbind" in the App's Google sync settings to revoke access at Google and delete the stored token. You can also remove notarPro's access at any time at Google Account – Third-party apps & services. Events already synced into the office database can be disabled or deleted by the office in the App; contact us for help.
